Run your business, not your software.
We work with established companies whose operations have outgrown their tools: data scattered across apps and spreadsheets, systems that don't talk to each other, workflows nobody can change. We connect what you have, replace what's failing, and build what's missing.
- Your data and your code stay yours

Software set up around the way your business already works, not a template you adapt to.
Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way. We set up CRM, ERP and the apps around them to the way your orders, jobs and invoices actually move, so each person sees the job they do and nothing they have to work around.
- Your stages, your document names, your approval steps
- The fields your team needs and none of the ones it does not
- Quotes, orders and invoices that look like yours
- Changes made in days, by people who know your setup
Start with the apps you need today and add the rest as the business grows.
Every app works from the same customers, products, orders and invoices, so what is entered in one is already in the others. We set up the ones you need and connect the software you keep.
- CRM Every lead in one pipeline, with the company profile filled in and the next step scheduled.
- Accounting Bank feeds matched automatically, bills read for you, books your accountant can work in.
- Sales Quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices from one record, so nothing is typed twice.
- Support Live chat and tickets with the customer's history beside them.
- Inventory Accurate stock in every location, reordering that runs itself, lots you can trace.
- Projects Every job on schedule and on budget, on a board the whole team works from.
- Integrations The software you already use, connected so information is entered once.
- Time and materials A timer on the task, parts booked as used, and the invoice for both in one click.
- Manufacturing The bill of materials knows the lead time; the ship date is calculated.
- Portals Customers sign quotes, pay invoices and check on jobs themselves.
- Dashboards Dashboards on one set of numbers everyone agrees on.
- Email marketing Campaigns to the right customers from your own records, measured in orders.
- Custom software The screens and workflows your business needs when standard software falls short.
- AI Assistants, knowledge bases and integrations on your own data, within limits you set.
- Training Video courses by role and a handbook of your own procedures, delivered with the software.
- Analytics What visitors do on your website and which marketing brings customers.
- Quality Inspections tied to every receipt and production run, so defects are caught before shipping.
- Real-time Every machine on one live board, with an alert before the line stops.
- Devices Calipers, scales and scanners writing straight into the record.
- SaaS The back office behind the product: subscriptions, sign-on, support, email.
Built around how your business works.
The industries we set up most, each with the apps we would install and what changes in the first months.
- Software as a Service Billing, books, logins, support and email behind your product, set up and connected.
- Construction Estimates, job costing, subcontractors, progress billing.
- Manufacturing Real lead times, known costs before you build, dates you can keep.
- Wholesale and distribution Purchasing, warehouses, deliveries, invoicing.
- Field service Scheduling, work orders, parts, on-site invoicing.
- Professional services Proposals, projects, timesheets, billing.
- Retail and e-commerce Point of sale, online store, inventory, accounting.
- Contracting HVAC, electrical, plumbing: service calls, quotes, parts, invoicing.
- Property management Leases, maintenance requests, rent, vendors.
- Nonprofits and associations Members, donations, events, the books.
- Agriculture and food Lots and traceability, orders, the season's numbers.
- Cabinetry and furniture Quotes with options, materials, the shop schedule, deposits.
- Real estate Listings, leases, deposits, maintenance, owner statements.
- Not on the list? The apps cover most kinds of business, and the setup is what changes. Tell us how yours works.
What we can take off your plate.
Consulting & assessment
We start by understanding how your company actually runs, then give you a clear plan: what to keep, what to change, and what to skip. The plan is useful whether or not you build with us.
Learn moreAI & LLMs
Agents that act on your real records within limits you set, knowledge bases that answer from your own documents, and MCP servers that let the AI tools your team already uses work in your systems.
Learn moreImplementation
The operational core, set up right and configured to match how your team works, not the other way around. Odoo is one of our primary platforms; we are an Odoo partner.
Learn moreIntegration & automation
We connect the systems you already use so information moves on its own. Fewer copy-paste jobs, fewer mistakes, faster days.
Learn moreBusiness intelligence
Dashboards and reports built on one reconciled set of numbers, so the owner, the floor, and the accountant are all reading the same page. Live where it matters, scheduled where it doesn't.
Learn moreData & migration
Your history cleaned, migrated, and reconciled until the numbers match the system it came from, then kept that way as the business changes.
Learn moreCustom software & portals
Customer portals, internal tools, and the workflows unique to your business. Built only when nothing off the shelf does the job.
Learn moreHosting & operations
We run it on Kubernetes, monitored, backed up and up to date, and it scales as you grow. Or we train your team to run it themselves.
Learn moreTurn more enquiries into customers with a pipeline your team actually keeps up.
Leads from the website, the inbox and the phone land in one pipeline, with the next step on each of them. A company name becomes a full record on its own: website, size, industry, who to call. The team sees what is waiting on them today, and the owner sees what is likely to close this month.
- Leads from the website, email and calls in one pipeline
- Lead enrichment: a name and an email become the company's profile, filled in for you
- The next call, email or visit scheduled on every lead
- Expected revenue by stage, so the forecast is a glance, not a meeting
Accounting that keeps itself up to date, with bank reconciliation your accountant will trust.
Invoices go out from the order and get paid online. Your bank feed is imported automatically and matched to invoices and bills, so reconciliation is a review rather than a chore. Receipts are captured from a phone. Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow are there whenever you look, and your accountant has a login of their own. Real double-entry accounting underneath, in the same system your sales, jobs and stock already live in, so nothing is entered twice.
- Bank feeds imported automatically and matched to what they paid
- Invoices from the order, paid online, with reminders that send themselves
- Receipts and supplier invoices captured from a phone or an inbox
- Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and sales tax, ready for your accountant
Faster quotes, fewer mistakes, and invoices that go out the day the work is done.
Write it once. Confirm it, deliver it, invoice it, and every step carries the same lines, the same customer and the same numbers. Nobody types the order again, and nobody wonders which version is right.
- Quotes with options and deposits, accepted and paid online
- One record from the first call to the final payment
- Every quote, order and invoice on the customer's page
- Your history brought over, not left behind
Give customers faster answers and your team one place to handle every request.
Support lives in a shared inbox until something gets missed. A ticket for every request, from chat on the website, email or the portal, assigned and tracked to done, with the customer, their orders and their history beside it. The customer sees where their request stands without asking twice.
- Live chat on your website, answered by your team from one screen
- Tickets from chat, email and the portal, assigned and tracked
- The customer's orders, invoices and history next to the ticket
- Response times and ratings you can actually see

On GitHubCommon questions.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, and you usually should not. We work in phases, starting with the one workflow that hurts the most, and we are happy to leave alone anything that is already working. Plenty of engagements are about connecting what you have, not replacing it.
How disruptive is this for our team?
Less than you would fear, by design. The old way of working keeps running while the new one is built beside it, and nothing switches over until it has been checked against the system it replaces. Your team meets the change in stages, with training, not as a surprise.
We are not a technical company. Is that a problem?
Not at all; most of our clients are not. We explain things in terms of your operations, not ours, and the documentation and training we leave behind are written for the people who use the system every day. If you do have developers, we work inside their standards and review process.
What does something like this cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we start with a conversation instead of a pricing page. Work happens in phases, and each phase is scoped and agreed with you before it begins.
Who runs the system after launch?
Whoever you want. We can host and operate it, your team can take it over with our documentation and training, or we can share the load. The systems are built to be portable, so the choice stays yours as the company changes.
What if it does not work out?
You keep the things you need to carry on: your data, the documentation, the deployment materials, and the source code for the systems built for you. Any qualified team can pick up where we left off, and we will help them do it. That is not a courtesy, it is how the work is structured from day one.
Why open source?
Because of what it hands you: software you can inspect, data you can export, and a choice of who supports it. It is our default when new software is needed, not a rule. When a commercial product is the better fit, we say so.
